What is a Health Coach?
A health coach is a supportive mentor and wellness authority helping clients feel their best through food & lifestyle changes by tailoring individualized wellness programs to meet their clients’ needs. We take a holistic approach to supporting the whole person and understand that relationships, exercise, career, and spirituality are just as important to your health as the food you eat.

When would I use a Health Coach?
Have you, or your child, been asked by a physician to make changes to your diet after seeing some recent lab results? The Candida Diet, AIP, low salt, low sugar, Paleo, eliminating food dyes or HFCS, etc.? In my personal experience, it’s extremely overwhelming, and somewhat defeating, to approach these dramatic changes on your own. A Health Coach can support and guide you through these changes, when your physician may not be easily accessible, or if they find it difficult to make extra time to collaborate and plan with you. Many times your Health Coach may have tried these diet modifications and have helpful tips to share. We work hand-in-hand with physicians to promote our mutual clients’ success!

It’s hard to navigate through all of the opinions and diets and seemingly conflicting recommendations.
